Contact forms
When you complete our Enquiry form, you are willingly supplying your name and email address, purely for the purposes of us responding to your enquiry. Your details will be stored as they are for any other email contact, and only used for us to contact you in the light of your initial enquiry.
Analytics
We may keep track of information from visitor sessions, using a third party service (Google Analytics), for the purposes of understanding where our visitors are and how they’re interacting with the site. This helps us to improve and refine the site for you and for future visitors. Such information is anonymised: we do not have access to your name or email address (for example), unless you complete our enquiry form.
Who we share your data with
Google Analytics uses information about your sessions on this website: where in the world you are, which pages you access and for how long, etc.. We do not share your information with anyone.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
